Account Manager Supply Chain & Logistics

Our client is seeking a driven and customer-focused Account Manager to join their Memphis team. In this role, you wont just manage accountsyoull become a trusted strategic partner , helping customers optimize their supply chain and logistics operations while delivering measurable value.

Youll manage a portfolio of existing clients, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate internally to deliver innovative, efficient, and profitable logistics solutions.

What Youll Do

As an Account Manager, youll serve as the primary point of contact for your customersaligned closely with their goals, challenges, and long-term success.

  • Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders at multiple levels within customer organizations
  • Act as a trusted advisor by identifying opportunities to expand services and further penetrate existing accounts
  • Design and recommend logistics and supply chain solutions to solve customer challenges
  • Oversee the successful execution of day-to-day account commitments, ensuring high service levels
  • Partner with internal account leadership to develop pricing strategies that balance value and profitability
  • Proactively identify issues, consult with customers on potential solutions, and lead implementation efforts
  • Manage customer expectations through clearly defined metrics, KPIs, and performance tracking
  • Prepare and participate in business reviews, contributing to or leading customer-facing meetings
