Must possess the ability to work effectively with supervisors, peers and general publicPrepares daily documentation required for shipments.Classifies bills of lading and prepares daily load tally as needed.Maintains bills of lading files and customer routing files.Prepares manifests and export documentation as required.Assists in logging receipts into receiving records.Responsible for recording pick-tickets printed.Schedules pick-ups with customer's traffic department and freight carriers.Maintains and updates stock locator system.Processes UPS shipmentsAssists Traffic Manager with cycle count procedure as required
