Coordinator I Professional - Position Description Job Responsibilities: The Coordinator I Professional is responsible for supporting warehouse operations through effective coordination of daily activities, project management, and operational support. This role serves as a key liaison between warehouse staff, management, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations. The Coordinator I Professional coordinates daily warehouse operations and activities to ensure efficient workflow. This position serves as a liaison between warehouse staff, management, and other departments while processing and maintaining accurate documentation for all warehouse transactions. The role involves monitoring and assisting with inventory management processes and generating operational reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities. The coordinator responds to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding warehouse operations. They support compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies. Additionally, they troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise. The coordinator assists with managing warehouse improvement projects from initiation to completion. The position requires monitoring project progress and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders while identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies. The role involves documenting project outcomes and lessons learned. The coordinator assists in implementing new warehouse technologies and systems. They also support change management processes during operational transitions. Skills: Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software. Experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis, is required. Experience with SAP or S4 Hanna preferred. The ideal candidate can work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Upgrading system in January, these candidates will need to be open to change since they will be assisting with the switch. Need them before go-live to help relabel the goods in the warehouse. Need new barcodes. A lot of inventory manipulation. Operators will pull freight down for them. Need good org skills, would help to have CGMP or warehouse exp. Very clean well lit warehouse - CGMP environment. Working with already existing raw materials. Like cycle counting but taking existing materials and changing the labeling and updating in the system. Using handheld RF scanners. Excel experience, outlook. Peel and Stick. No Jewelry, must tie back hair, PPE provided. All staying on during the winter Client shutdown. Education/Experience: NA
