Warehouse Worker

Location : Salina, KS 67401 The Distribution Centre (DC) Associate has overall responsibility for receiving and moving materials within warehouse. An integral part of the team, the DC Associate verifies the inventory quantity and assists in inventory level maintenance, maintains complete and accurate paperwork, and operates warehouse equipment in a safe manner. Job Responsibilities: Marks pallets with identifying store information Uses lift equipment (manual pallet jack or Forklift as needed once training and certification are completed Pick and stage parts for store replenishment Uses a hand-held radio frequency device (RF Scanner) Having prior warehouse training or experience is preferred but not required Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals. Use basic math accurately: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals Skills: Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50. Items heavier than 50lbs will be moved with assistance from Pallet Jack or Forklift Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus. Education/Experience: GED/ High School
