We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Parcel Associate for a logistics company that helps brands move and manage their products efficiently. They combine warehouse operations, transportation, and smart technology to make sure products get to the right place on time. If you are ready to start immediately, don't wait to respond!

Position: Operations Parcel Associate

Pay: $20.00 per hour

1st Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm

Schedules: Monday - Friday

Location: Hebron, KY 41048

Job Duties:

• Monitor the full parcel lifecycle including label creation, Panda sortation, staging, and dock loading.
• Conduct regular Gaylord audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and readiness for outbound shipment.
• Oversee dock management, ensuring parcels are staged, scanned, and loaded on time to meet carrier requirements.
• Report parcel lifecycle performance and dock metrics to management, highlighting risks and proposing corrective actions.
• Partner with maintenance or support teams to troubleshoot equipment or
• workflow issues.
• Reinforce company and site-specific safety policies, modeling safe work
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in warehouse or logistics operations, with parcel sortation, dock, or fulfillment experience preferred
• Must be able to start immediately
• Able to work in a non-temperature controlled environment
• Regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs, frequently up to 75 lbs
• Strong organizational, accountability, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and WMS
