This role supports high-volume, fast-paced supply chain operations by ensuring shipments move efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in an operational environment where quality and timeliness are essential. This position plays a key role in coordinating freight movements, supporting customers and carriers, and maintaining accurate shipment data across multiple systems. Job Description With a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and service quality, the Associate Operations Coordinator will be responsible for performing one or more of the following operational tasks in accordance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs): Create and manage shipment orders, including activating shipments and building loads Assign loads, schedule pickup and delivery appointments, and track shipments in transit Provide shipment status information to internal teams, customers, and carriers Monitor task boards and shared email inboxes to respond to inbound requests Document shipment events accurately and follow established escalation procedures when needed Validate load and shipment data to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and customer standards Support invoicing and enter required shipment events into operating systems Follow through on customer and carrier requests to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction Perform additional duties as assigned based on team or location-specific needs Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED Previous customer service experience Ability to work evenings and/or weekends for select roles Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard processes Preferred Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Customer service experience in a call center or similar environment Strong communication, prioritization, and time management skills Experience working in roles that require accuracy and operational follow-through Commitment to working in a diverse and inclusive environment Benefits Dahl Consulting is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees that will allow you to choose the best coverage to meet your family's needs.
