Printfly is looking for a Shipping Associate to help us get orders out the door quickly, accurately, and on time. If you take pride in staying organized, moving fast, and making sure details are right this could be your spot. Schedule: Monday - Friday 11 AM - 8 PM Responsibilities: Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and speed Double-check quantities, labels, and shipping details Print and apply shipping labels Help load and unload deliveries Keep the shipping area clean and organized Hit daily production goals with your team Follow safety guidelines and quality standards Requirements: Warehouse or shipping experience (preferred but not required) Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced setting Detail-oriented you notice when things aren't right Able to lift up to 50 lbs Reliable and on time (attendance matters here) Team player with a positive attitude Full Benefits Package: Paid time off Health | Dental | Vision Insurance 401K with company match 10% off Septa passes purchased by the Company No-cost Life Insurance to all employees Employee discount on our apparel Regular opportunities to earn overtime during the busy season Air Conditioning / Heating Unit
