We are seeking an experienced Deputy Warehouse Manager to support logistics operations for a large sporting event in Dallas, TX. This role will oversee operations within a large-scale distribution facility (100,000+ sq. ft.), with direct responsibility for approximately 75,000 sq. ft. of sponsor and event-related inventory.
This individual will play a key role in coordinating sponsor deliveries and materials , working alongside the on-site logistics team to ensure seamless execution across all warehouse operations.

Duties:
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations, supporting logistics and sponsor materials
Manage inbound/outbound shipments tied to time-sensitive event schedules
Coordinate supply chain flow across multiple distribution channels
Act as liaison between operations, logistic teams, transportation, and drivers
Supervise warehouse personnel and coordinate contingent labor support
Ensure proper inventory management, space utilization, and workflow efficiency across the assigned 75K sq. ft.
Troubleshoot delivery issues, delays, and operational bottlenecks in real time
Support dock scheduling, delivery prioritization, and high-volume intake periods
Maintain compliance with safety standards and event-specific operational guidelines
Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), including DaVinci (preferred, not required)

Position Requirements:
5+ years of warehouse management experience in large-scale or high-volume environments
Experience managing operations in 100K+ sq. ft. facilities or similar complexity
Strong background in driver coordination, scheduling, and transportation logistics
Proven ability to manage teams and operate in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred Experience
Experience supporting large-scale events, sports logistics, or entertainment operations
Experience working in shared warehouse environments with multiple stakeholders
Exposure to complex distribution models or multi-tier supply chains
Schedule & Work Environment
Project-based role running April through October/November 2026
Expectation of extended hours, weekends, and schedule flexibility as event activity ramps up
