This role is part of our ET/UT product line.

The warehouse operator is responsible for receiving, inspecting, organizing, and distributing the materials and products needed for operations. Their role is to ensure the availability, accuracy, and compliance of inventory while effectively supporting production and shipping. Responsibilities include handling, inspecting, and picking orders, stocking work areas, and maintaining the warehouse, all while adhering to health, safety, and quality standards.

As the warehouse operator you must be able to :

  • Receive materials, verify their compliance, and immediately report any discrepancies, damage, or anomalies;
  • Inspect certain critical parts upon receipt ;
  • Enter incoming transactions into the inventory and manufacturing systems;
  • Pick materials for production and shipments ;
  • Manage the warehouse : ensure cleanliness , organization , and proper identification of materials ; monitor incoming and outgoing shipments ; maintain data accuracy in internal systems ;
  • Participate in cycle and annual inventories and ensure inventory turnover;
  • Check for missing products in projects and submit requests for replenishment to the external warehouse ;
  • Prepare stock for shipment : checks, counts , packaging, and labeling ;
  • Supply production areas with materials and ensure the smooth flow of materials and information;
  • Follow the company’s quality system procedures and requirements ;
  • Collaborate daily with production, logistics , purchasing , and carriers;
  • Effectively communicate information regarding receipts, shortages, or emergencies;

What makes you an a sset to our team

  • Vocational Studies Diploma (D.E.P.) or High School Diploma (D.E.S.) with relevant experience .
  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a warehouse clerk in a manufacturing environment .
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills ;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team ;
  • Knowledge of inventory control and manufacturing operations ;
  • Ability to lift loads as required by the position.
  • Knowledge of WHMIS;
  • Proficiency with MS Office;
  • Skills with integrated computer systems (ERP), knowledge of SAP (a plus)
