You can look forward to these exciting tasks Lead and optimize the end-to-end flow of materials across receiving, warehousing, inventory, and shipping operations Manage and develop the materials team through training, performance evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration Drive effective communication and system integration with customers, suppliers, and internal operations teams Investigate material shortages and delivery delays, implementing both immediate fixes and long-term corrective actions Oversee supplier delivery performance, establishing targets and driving continuous improvement initiatives Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and lean material flow practices while meeting inventory turn targets Support new program launches, engineering changes, and demand fluctuations while minimizing obsolescence and supply disruptions This is what you bring to us Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Materials Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5-7+ years of materials management experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibility Strong knowledge of MRP systems (SAP, QAD), EDI processes, and inventory control best practices Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Familiarity with AIAG/APICS standards, TS 16949 procedures, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) What we offer you Competitive pay Health coverage for you and your family Generous number of vacation days each year Paid wellness time and 14 paid company holidays 401(k) with company match Applications from qualified individuals with disabilities are expressly welcome.
