Transportation ClerkHorsham, PA | OnsiteOverviewTurn 14 Distribution is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Transportation Clerk to support and optimize our shipping and logistics operations. This onsite role is based out of our Horsham, PA office and plays a key part in ensuring the timely, compliant, and cost-effective movement of goods while maintaining strong internal and external partnerships.Essential Job Functions

Coordinate international ocean and domestic ground shipments documentation.Ensure timely customs clearance and final delivery of inbound shipments.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to support logistics operations.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipment statuses and transportation documentation.Manage escalated shipping claims and oversee claim appeals through resolution.Prepare and distribute routine transportation and performance reporting to internal stakeholdersManage updated projected delivery dates.

Qualifications & Experience

Associate's degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related business field preferred; equivalent experience consideredExperience handling and escalating freight claims strongly preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsExceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentAdaptable to changing priorities and workflowsAbility to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
