Therefore, they must excel in the fast-paced world of multimedia. They handle the day-to-day tasks that keep the production going. They work under the PM to support producers and the team by reducing their workload. And finally, they help manage below-the-line personnel, minimizing disruptions that slow progress. So, as a JPM at Knotty Reel, you'll do more than just help manage creatives and schedules. You'll be helping us build the structure the show stands on. Starting out, your responsibilities will be small and assignments slow. But as we grow, the JPMs role and level of importance grows exponentially. Responsibilities: Recruiting/indoc/team building. Administrative/managerial work. Training. Creating schedules. Schedule/run briefs/meetings. Be the point of contact for the crew. Work with senior staff to create deadlines, budgets, objectives, etc. Have fun/hydrate/take naps Required Qualifications: Experience team team-based positions. Ability to self-direct and direct others. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Efficient typing speed and proficient with computers, the internet, apps, and online platforms. Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure. Ability to delegate and motivate others to complete tasks on time.
