The Role: Warehouse Operator
As a Warehouse Operator, you support daily warehouse operations by managing inventory, fulfilling material requests, and maintaining accurate records. You help ensure parts and materials are available when needed for ongoing operations. This role requires attention to detail, consistent follow-through, and the ability to work independently within established processes. Your work directly impacts inventory accuracy and operational continuity.
What You'll Do
Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies
Perform cycle counts, investigate variances, and update inventory systems
Receive, stock, label, and organize inventory and non-inventory items
Pick, pack, and deliver materials to internal teams
Process returns from customers and internal departments
Prepare shipments using carriers such as FedEx and UPS
Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times
Support recycling efforts, including sorting and handling materials
Assist with inventory-related issues, including incomplete or incorrect shipments
Complete and maintain required documentation and system updates
Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, following safety standards
Drive to local vendors for pickups and deliveries as needed

Follows through on tasks without constant supervision
Communicates clearly and shares relevant information
Stays organized while handling multiple tasks
Adapts to changing priorities and urgent requests
Supports team needs and contributes to shared goals
Identifies issues and helps resolve them, not just report them
What You'll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in a warehouse, inventory, or logistics environment
Basic understanding of inventory control processes
Ability to use systems such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds as needed
Comfort operating or learning warehouse equipment, including forklifts
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Comfort driving larger vehicles or trailers
Preferred:
Experience with inventory systems such as JDE
Forklift certification
