What You'll Contribute
The Manager, Procurement will be responsible for executing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to streamline the procurement processes.
What You'll Do
- Execute procurement strategies in alignment with organizational goals, ensuring the efficient acquisition of goods and services while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage the procurement process, including supplier identification, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management, to meet project requirements and delivery timelines.
- Conduct supplier evaluations and assessments to ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and ethical standards.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions, and monitoring contract performance throughout its duration.
- Analyze procurement data and metrics to evaluate performance, identify trends, and propose improvements to optimize procurement operations.

What you have
Minimum: Indicate minimum education, skills and experience required.
- Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and processes, including supplier management, contract negotiation, and procurement systems.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decision-making, optimize processes, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Preferred: Indicate nice to haves regarding education, skills, and experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- 5+ years experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
