M INI M UM E LI G IBILITY R E Q UIREMENTS

  • Hi g h S c hool Diploma or G E D ( Asso c iat e s d e g r e e pr e f e r r e d)
  • T w o y ea rs of r e ce nt invento r y c ontrol, shippin g , or r ece iving e x p e ri e n c e
  • Must be a s e lf - sta r ter a nd possess e x ce ll e nt cust o mer s e rvi c e skills
  • Ability to pe r fo r m basic math e matic a l ope r a tions (i. e . a ddition, subtr a c tion, multipli ca tion a nd division)
  • Must h a ve a strong a tt e ntion to det a il a nd be c omfo r table wo r king indep e nd e ntly
  • Must be w e ll or g a ni z e d a nd a ble to c ommunic a te ef f ec tiv e ly with va r ious d e p a rtm e nts within the o r g a ni z a tion (Must be a ble to rea d, w r it e , a nd sp ea k En g lish flu e ntl y )

  • D e v e lop a nd implem e nt on g oing invento r y improv e ment pro c e sses a nd stand a rd op e r a ting pro c e dur e s (SOP)
  • L ea d the acc ur a te a nd e f f ici e nt positioning of invento r y in picking loc a tions a n d the r e solution of inv e ntory issu e s
  • R e solve qu a lity c ontrol issu e s in r e g a rds to it e ms in poor c ondition, d a ma g e upon r e ce ipt, a s w e ll a s, shipp e d g oods
