What This Role Really Is

You will run 1-2 crews per day - intentionally structured so you can:

• Stay detail-oriented

What You'll Own

• Full oversight of daily production (1-2 crews)
• Pre-install planning + job readiness
• On-site leadership and issue resolution
• Final inspections and quality control
• Homeowner communication during install
• Crew accountability and performance standards
• Preventing problems before they happen
