Wachter is seeking a Transportation Coordinator / Administrative Assistant who will coordinate transportation and track inventory. We need someone with a strong understanding of logistics and inventory control, extremely organized and detail oriented who thrive in a fast paced environment that is ever changing and always problem solving. What You'll Do:
- Track Inventory and shipments
- Coordinate site deliveries
- Scheduling
- Communication with clients and management
- Maintain accurate records
- Organize multiple sites and inventory
- Smartsheet and Microsoft office environment
- Available for after hour customer requests.
- Work on site 8:00-5:00 Monday through Friday
- Logistics and inventory background a plus
- Strong communication skills dealing with different types of customers and management.
- Extremely organized.
- Comfortable using Smartsheets
- Document tracking
- Inventory clerk
- Detail-oriented with a passion for process and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexible to take after hour calls if needed
