Contract - 12 months
Location (mandatory): Bridgeport, NJ 08085 Provide administrative and operational support for logistics, trade compliance, and site operations by maintaining organized physical and digital filing systems and ensuring accurate, timely document flow. Review import/export documentation for compliance, support audits and inspections, and assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory records. Coordinate with warehouse staff, carriers, and freight forwarders to align shipment documentation and track status updates across teams. Utilize Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and operational support for logistics, trade compliance, and site operations.
Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for operational and compliance documents.
Manage document flow to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely distribution.
Review import/export documentation (invoices, packing lists, BOLs, COO, AES/EEI) for accuracy and compliance.
Archive and maintain records for audits, inspections, and internal reviews.
Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory documentation, and cycle count records.
Coordinate with warehouse staff, freight forwarders, and carriers to align shipment documentation.
Track shipments and communicate status updates across internal teams.
Support onboarding documentation for vendors, visitors, and contractors.
Provide administrative support during audits and compliance reviews.
Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) to prepare reports, logs, and tracking tools.

Education/Experience:
1-3 years of administrative, documentation, or logistics-related experience
