Forklift Operator

Kelly is seeking certified Forklift Operator to work at a premier manufacturing facility in Georgetown, TX .

Pay Rate: $16.00 p/h

Shift Schedule: 1 st shift/8:00am-4:45pm/ Mon-Fri (OT is voluntary)

Whats a typical day as a Forklift Operator? Youll be:

• Moving materials and products to designated storage areas within the manufacturing facility.

• Stacking and organizing pallets, crates, and other containers in an orderly manner.

• Performing inspections and routine maintenance tasks such as checking fluid levels, cleaning, refueling, and watering on a weekly basis.

• Assisting in inventory management by accurately recording and reporting stock levels using computers and Microsoft excel.

• Adhering to quality standards and ensuring the integrity of products during handling and transportation.

• Performing general warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, and labeling or other duties when required.

• Ability to load and unload trailers in a safe manner, including double-stacked pallets and frame racks.

• Pulling orders and maintaining a high level of productivity

• Performing monthly inventory counts and analyzing discrepancies

• Utilizing RF scanning technology to ensure accurate inventory management and order fulfillment.

• Assisting with other general warehouse duties as assigned.

• Use various material handling equipment including but not limited to stand up/sit down FL, reach truck, cherry picker, electric pallet jack, manual pallet jack, etc. Willing and open to train on equipment as needed.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a High School diploma or GED.

• Have 1+ year of relevant work experience and have a FL/OSHA Certification

• Have the ability to manually lift up to 50lbs.

• Have the ability to safely operate forklifts and other machinery.

• Can successfully pass the practical based training in compliance with OSHA standards.

• Computer literate and proficient at Microsoft Excel
