Spherion is hiring for a 1st Shift General Laborer in Imperial to work in a growing warehouse for a global company. The General Laborer position pays $18/hour working Monday-Friday, with NO WEEKENDS! General Laborers are necessary to ensure quality control, and contribute to positive customer experiences!

Job Description:

As a General Laborer, you would assist with moving products, machines and other materials throughout the warehouse and to the designated location.

Responsibilities:

• Build and install workbenches and other necessary equipment
• Transport materials and products using material handling equipment
• Handle and prepare products for delivery with a focus on quality control
• Contribute to facility upkeep through painting and general maintenance projects
• Assist with various physical tasks and support production teams as directed

Education: High School

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience: 6 months

Physical:

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift heavy items
