The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the activities of ESC outbound department. What a Day in the Role looks like: Provide leadership for staff, motivate employees to achieve production goals Support a large team within a time-sensitive environment Strategize plans and prioritize tasks based on importance Manage data collection, update metrics to achieve productivity targets and decrease possible errors Oversee materials and inventory Make important policy, planning, and strategic decision with the leadership team Oversee budgeting, reporting, and auditing finances Ensure that all legal documents are filed, and activities remain compliant Provide quality assurance for all products Supervisory Responsibilities Supervises, hires, and trains new employees Organize work schedule for assigned staff Conduct performance evaluations that are constructive Handle disciplinary actions and termination of employees as needed in accordance with company policy Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or other industry-related field Experience: 5+ years of related experience required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Certification through the Institute of Certified Professional Managers (ICPM) preferred.
