Your Role at KIK

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our 2nd Shift (Monday - Friday with Saturdays per business need 2:30 pm - 12:30 am) team and oversee all activities at our main warehouse as well as two off-site facilities. You will play a key role in enhancing the efficiency, reliability, and safety of our warehousing operations. You'll manage day-to-day operations, direct warehouse staff, and ensure that our products reach customers on time and in full compliance with regulations. Apply Today!

What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution to maximize efficiency and ensure materials are available for production lines.
  • Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to maintain performance and safety standards.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct counts, and ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely system entries.
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe, organized warehouse through regular inspections and training.
  • Coordinate the timely flow, delivery, and documentation of goods and materials.
  • Ensure all equipment and tools are maintained to prevent disruptions.
  • Improve warehouse performance metrics and control operating costs through analysis and corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations related to warehouse operations.
  • Execute demand planning and deliver accurate customer demand forecasts.

What You'll Bring

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • 4 or more years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing warehouse setting (Required)
  • Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving abilities. (Required)
  • Proficiency with inventory management systems, MS Office Suite, Tech-savvy and basic Excel functions. (Required)
  • Understanding of Kaizen, Lean, and/or Six Sigma practices. (Preferred)
  • Comfortable in high-speed environments. (Required)
  • Dedication to safety protocols and compliance with all regulations.

Physical Requirements

  • Occasionally exert 20-50 lbs of force (up to 1/3 of the time).
  • Frequently apply 10-25 lbs of force (1/3 to 2/3 of the time).
  • Constantly exert up to 10 lbs of force (2/3 or more of the time) for moving objects.
  • Ability to perform climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, handling, feeling, seeing, hearing.
  • Work in a warehouse environment, sometimes in varying weather conditions and including physical manual labor.
