Pay: $65,000-$68,000 annually + Quarterly Bonuses
Schedule: Full-time | 2nd Shift | Some weekend shifts required

What You'll Do:

• Supervise and coach production staff to meet quality and efficiency goals

• Manage CHEP pallet repair processes and workflow

• Drive daily productivity while ensuring compliance with OSHA and company safety standards

• Monitor and report performance metrics, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements

• Conduct training, evaluations, and corrective actions as needed

• Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are ready and available to avoid downtime

• Foster team communication and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

• 3-5 years in a production or manufacturing environment

• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role

• Experience with OSHA standards and workplace safety practices

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management systems

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
