Bilingual Shipping & Receiving Coordinator – $17-$18/hr

We’re hiring a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to oversee daily inbound and outbound operations, assign loads, and manage inventory using systems like COLT, Blue Yonder, and TMS/WMS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all shipping and receiving activities
• Dispatch and assign loads to drivers
• Schedule pickups and deliveries
• Track and manage inventory using COLT/Blue Yonder
• Conduct pre-shift door checks and communicate with carriers
• Ensure shipments are accurate and documentation is complete
• Support the office team with reports and admin tasks
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in shipping, receiving, dispatching, or logistics
• Bilingual Spanish/English
• Experience with COLT, Blue Yonder, TMS, or WMS systems preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
