Brief Job Description: - Using yard goat to move trailers around the truck yard, in and out of loading docks. - Securing trailers to the machine, ensuring that they are safely attached, and then moving the trailer as directed. - Conducting pre and post-trip inspections, loading and unloading cargo, and conducting other typical job duties. - Inspecting yard tractor equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, fuel, oil, and for defects before and after trips; submitting a report indicating truck condition. - Assisting warehouse workers in loading and unloading truck.
