Schedule: Rotating Swing Shift | 3:00 PM 3:00 AM | Rotating Day Shift | 3:00 AM - 3:30 PM
**Compensation**
+ Hourly Wage: $21.50 $22.50 per hour (based on shift)
+ Other Compensation: Overtime pay, shift differentials, and performance-based incentives

**Job Description**
Join a global logistics leader as a Forklift/Warehouse Operator. In this fast-paced warehouse role, youll play a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of freight. **Key Responsibilities**
+ Load and unload freight from trucks and containers
+ Sort freight by size and destination
+ Read and interpret freight codes and manifests
+ Label, weigh, and measure freight
+ Maintain a clean and safe dock environment
+ Document damaged or misrouted freight
**Qualifications**
Required:
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
+ Familiarity with RF scanners and pallet jacks
Preferred:
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 02 years of warehouse or logistics experience
+ Forklift operation experience (sit-down forklift preferred)
+ Strong communication and teamwork skills

+ Fast-paced warehouse setting
+ Rotating swing shift and day shift schedule (alternating weekly, 12-hour shifts)
