QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business , Supply Chain or similar background.
  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain , Inventory Control, Vendor Negotiations in the manufacturing industry
  • Supply chain and logistics roles in the pharmaceutical industry
  • 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical product supply chain and distribution system
  • Oversee global logistics operations, product packaging, and material transfers to ensure smooth supply flow
  • Manage manufacturing schedules to ensure timely delivery of trade and sample products to third-party distributors and sales teams
  • Maintain optimal safety stock levels to prevent inventory shortages and support commercial readiness
  • Experience with ERP/MRP software
  • Procurement/Inventory
  • Ensure continuous delivery of assigned KPIs
  • Demand planning
  • Prepare all Inventory reports and supply planning reports
  • Responsible for the successful implementation of long-term supply chain strategy
  • Proven track record of working to KPIs and achieving targets
  • Understand and determine the quality of sourced material
  • Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements
  • Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects (e.g. warehouse-slotting, route planning)
  • Oversee inventory procedures
  • Discover the most cost-effective shipping modes and schedules
  • Create supply chain management strategies that increase efficiency and speed
  • Provide operational support and guidance to ensure maximum productivity
  • Project planning, project management and problem solving skills required
  • Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and ERP applications
