The Senior Market Operations Manager will also be instrumental in the evolution of a version of a CRM program, as well as, the technical and logistical things associated with our evolving business within Master Distribution Manufacturing Plan (MDMP) and selling outside of Ferguson Showrooms.
You will also play an instrumental role in the development of our Trade program and the development of a program to host Interior Designers for an immersive experience in Signature Hardware.
Location:- Position located in Cincinnati, OH area (HQ in Erlanger, KY)
- Relocation assistance to the Cincinnati area may be available
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Organizational management protocols, practices, and tools.
- Act as a strategic partner on the leadership team and serve as a liaison among different departments to improve operational results.
- Lead and manage various projects, including but not limited to supply chain optimization and IT initiatives.
- Manage and troubleshoot system issues related to order processing, EDI transmissions, reporting and data management, and act as the analytics and frontend engineering Lead Member, as well as the backend engineering primary Lead
- Develop and maintain data reports and dashboards using PowerBI to monitor performance and support decision-making.
- Non-marketing OPEX primary oversight.
- Contract review and execution with the Brand Leader
- Purchasing and SKU placement primary collaborator
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, IT, finance/accounting, marketing, product development, and customer service, to resolve operational challenges and improve processes
- Liaise with the Director of Digital Strategy and Operations in creating an effective online experience for customers.
- E-Customer Support primary partner
- Maintain relationships with external partners, including local logistics providers and vendors, to ensure smooth operations and resolve discrepancies.
- Drive safety, quality, and profitability to meet or exceed company objectives.
- Oversee all Signature Hardware facilities regarding maintenance and support vendors servicing the campus.
- Oversee safety committee activities and ensure compliance with OSHA and DOT regulations.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned to support the overall operations.
- Community primary leadership partner
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Proven management or leadership experience, including handling inventory and operational tasks.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is recommended.
- Ability to adapt and change processes to keep pace with evolving business requirements.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills to respond effectively to urgent situations.
- Process-oriented with good judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead a team.
- A thorough understanding of OSHA and DOT regulations
- Strong technical skills, including but not limited to Microsoft O365 applications

Pay Range:

$8,858.34 - $14,175.00-
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
