Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, solutions-driven Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with freight carriers, 3PL distribution centers, and final mile delivery agents. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions :

  • Responds to and resolves assigned cases in Salesforce.com, ensuring effective and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Investigate and resolve transportation and agent-related service issues to ensure on-time delivery and recovery.

  • Utilizes carrier tracking systems to monitor shipment progress and escalate issues as necessary.

  • Coordinates with freight carriers, final mile agents, studio associates, a s well as coordinating returns.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient in ERP and WMS systems, with preferred experience in NetSuite, Salesforce, and Manhattan.

  • Familiarity with core logistics terminology, freight operations, and distribution workflows.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks and follow-ups daily with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities; able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in transportation, logistics , or distribution roles, preferably in customer service or operations support capacity.

A starting compensation range for this role is $15.00 - $23.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
