Forklift Operator - Immediate Hire Location: Sussex County, DE Pay: $17.00/hour to start About the Role We're looking for a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team in Sussex County, DE. If you're experienced with stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks, detail-oriented, and thrive in team-oriented work environments, we'd love to meet you. Key Responsibilities Safely operate stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks Accurately assign and fulfill orders Label packages according to company standards Load and unload trailers on a tight schedule Use RF scanners to manage inventory Keep work areas clean and organized Perform equipment checks and report issues Collaborate with team members to boost efficiency Follow all workplace safety procedures Essential Skills Forklift and pallet jack operation Ability to work well within small teams Order picking and packing RF scanner usage Shipping, receiving, and inventory control Material handling and unloading Qualifications Prior experience with stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks Proficient with RF scanners Physically capable of lifting heavy objects Strong attention to detail and time management Effective communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and reliable work ethic Why Join Us?
