The Inventory Control Coordinator will ensure that all sample and inventory items located offsite at the company's third-party logistics (3PL) are accurately stated and readily accessible for order fulfillment in accordance with the company's needs. Additionally the role will be responsible for ensuring all incoming and outgoing movement of leather products contain required documentation to be EUDR compliant.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate regularly with warehouse managers at all 3PL's to investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies between Textiles ERP and 3PL's system

  • Execute daily inventory analysis; identifies and resolves discrepancies and problems.

  • Review daily performance metrics to ensure inbound and outbound service levels are consistently met.

  • Oversee all inventory cycle counting conducted by 3PL to ensure compliance with contract terms

  • Review and approve all inventory adjustments made by 3PL's

  • Collaborate with internal departments on all incoming purchase orders into 3PL's

  • Visits 3PL locations quarterly

  • For all products covered by EUDR, ensure compliance paperwork is accurate and complete in accordance with EUDR requirements

  • Performs additional related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Thorough understanding of inventory policies and procedures.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to interact with associates at all levels of an organization.

  • Lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Expect 25% travel

Education and Experience:

  • At least five years of experience in related area required.

  • Knowledge of UPS World Ship and FedEx Ship Manager a plus.

  • Experience managing inventory that is in a remote location.

A starting compensation range for this role is $60,000.00 - $65,000.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
