Forklift Driver Third Shift Details:
Temp-to-Hire position
$19.20 /hour
Full Time work available
Weekend work required
Third Shift
Perform order picking, repack picking, and small-parcel or LTL pallet builds with accuracy and speed.
Load and unload shipments using pallet jacks or sit-down forklifts; maintain strict safety standards.
Conduct cycle counts and replenishment to keep inventory levels optimized.
Assist with general facility upkeep, including scrap removal and battery changes on powered equipment.
Collaborate with supervisors to troubleshoot workflow and hit daily productivity targets.
Forklift Driver Third Shift Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; warehouse or manufacturing experience a plus but not mandatory.
Comfortable performing physically intensive labor: lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
Ability to follow direction, meet performance standards, and adhere to all safety protocols.
Willingness to work in a busy, sometimes noisy, non-temperature-controlled environment.
