Forklift Operator/Material Handler

Hiring for Stand Up/Sit Down Forklift Operator in Fridley, MN!

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Payrate: $21.00-$24.00 (Depending on qualifications)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Immediate unload of all material and hardware

Immediate receiving of all material and hardware

Verification/Audits of incoming material and hardware

Application of in-house labels for material and hardware

Moving and storing incoming material and hardware to correct locations

Packaging, wrapping, and transporting finished goods from workstations

Tagging and labeling material and entering into system by PO

Receiving material into JobBoss

Making pallets when needed

Assisting with Logistics tasks

Operate a handheld scanner

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or GED required.

General knowledge of warehouse, shipping and transportation procedures and practices preferred.

Comfort and experience operating computers and a variety of computer software preferred.

Valid Drivers LicensE

QUALIFICATIONS:

Lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly

Familiarity with Fabrication processes and material locations

Good multi-tasking and prioritization skills

Familiarity with JobBoss and the receiving/shipping processes

Operate a forklift for several hours at a time
