Job Requirements and Duties:

  • MBA
  • Supply Chain experience
  • ERP/MRP Systems
  • Ensure all supply chain activities comply with food safety regulations (e.g., FDA, USDA, HACCP)
  • Food manufacturing experience
  • Develop and execute long-term supply chain strategies that support sustainable business growth
  • Enhance and streamline supply chain operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management, to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Coordinate closely with manufacturing and sales teams to ensure production schedules are aligned with demand forecasts, driving seamless operations and market responsiveness
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles, practices, and technologies
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations, sustainability practices, and ERP systems
  • Inventory management
  • Experience in collecting and analyzing data
  • Design and implement necessary supply chain optimization projects
  • Analyze, optimize, and oversee inventory procedures
  • Commitment to uncovering the most cost-effective shipping modes and schedules
  • Manage every aspect of the supply chain and notify the senior management team of any possible obstacles to ideal efficiency
  • Institute policies and procedures for collecting and reporting key metrics that will reduce our overall expenses while increasing productivity
  • Design and implement necessary supply chain optimization projects
  • Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships
  • Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
  • Examine and test existing contracts
  • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
  • Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
