Primary Function:

This role will be responsible for maintaining a good inventory control of all material received, storage and issue of the materials for work orders to production lines every day, peeping the accuracy based on daily control reports and follow procedures in all area inside the warehouse.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory accuracy above 99% across all warehouse areas.
  • Ensure daily batch deliveries are on time to Production to meet the 100% delivery commitment.
  • Reduce material handling damage on a daily basis.
  • Maintain 100% inventory accuracy in the High-Value (HV) area.
  • Ensure aged picking orders in Production do not exceed three hours.
  • Achieve 99% accuracy in batch kitting processes.
  • Maintain 100% accuracy in raw material receiving processes.
  • Maintain 100% accuracy in MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) receiving processes.
  • Maintain 100% accuracy in sales-related receiving processes.
  • Ensure 99% inventory accuracy in location SL7001.
  • Monitor the daily inventory discrepancy report, resolve any discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
  • Report any discrepancies or damaged materials to suppliers or related parties.
  • Perform and review daily cycle count activities, including all associated tasks.
  • Operate forklifts in accordance with company and safety protocols.
  • Adhere to all occupational health and safety standards in the workplace.Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering required.
  • Production Operations knowledge preferred.

Required Experience

  • Knowledge of logistics, customs warehouse and shipments.
  • Certification for operating forklift will be considered as an advantage.
  • OSHA safety certification is desired.
