Production Supervisor (2nd Shift 1p-9:30p)

We strive to provide cutting-edge excellence in ingredients, innovation, design and marketing and our people are at the heart of everything we do!As the Production Supervisor you will bear the responsible for overseeing frontline associates to manufacture products using efficient and safe production processes.Position-Related Responsibilities and Key Job DutiesDeliver Results & Grow Business.Lead team to maximize productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.Execute 1 Year, 3 Year business plans supporting national/regional/local TPM objectives including the implementation of strategies, processes & programs.Support operation to help reduce overall costs.Coach and mentor team to a higher level of performance.
