TSI seeking a dedicated and skilled Warehouse Manager / Mechanic to join our growing team. This unique dual role requires a professional who can efficiently oversee all warehouse operations while also performing essential maintenance and repair on our equipment and machinery, with additional minor fabrication.

Warehouse Management:

Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency and productivity.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., production, sales, logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
Implement and manage a robust preventative maintenance program for all warehouse and fleet equipment.

Mechanical / Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on a variety of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and implement effective solutions.
Conduct preventative maintenance checks and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
Maintain a detailed record of all maintenance activities and repairs.
Order and manage spare parts inventory.
Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades or replacements to improve efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications:

Proven experience (5+ years) in warehouse management.
Strong mechanical aptitude and demonstrated experience in equipment maintenance and repair.
Proficiency with various hand and power tools.
Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs and best practices.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
Proficient in using Microsoft software.
