What You’ll Do
As Print Production Manager, you will oversee the activities of the production team while operating state-of-the-art printing equipment.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Coordinating daily workflow and production schedules
- Leading, supervising, and supporting production staff
- Operating offset and digital presses, as well as bindery equipment
- Placing stock/materials orders and maintaining inventory
- Collaborating with the graphics department to ensure timely delivery of artwork
- Monitoring quality control and making real-time production adjustments
- Upholding and enforcing safety protocols across the production floor
- Troubleshooting and resolving equipment or workflow issues as they arise

You’re a natural leader who brings energy, organization, and reliability to the floor. You don’t shy away from rolling up your sleeves and jumping into the work.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of production management experience in a print environment
- Strong working knowledge of offset/digital printing equipment and materials
- Proven ability to lead teams and optimize productivity
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and meeting tight deadlines
