Description and Requirements

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Program & Operations Manager to join the WW Workstation Business & Product Operations organization. This role is a key part of our WW WS organization, focused on driving strategic initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance across a complex, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is a skilled program leader with a track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives, streamlining operations, and enabling data-driven decision making at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end program planning across business units, geographies, and key functional teams (Supply Chain, Strategy, Sales, Operations, Legal, and Engineering).
  • Translate business priorities into structured programs with clear goals, milestones, success metrics, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Lead initiatives that ensure business readiness for key external risks (i.e. supply chain volatility, market shifts, compliance regulations).
  • Build repeatable processes and frameworks that drive operational efficiency.
  • Communicate program goals, progress, and outcomes effectively to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Lead change management efforts that support scaling programs, process adoption, and global consistency.
  • Support the organization's transformation toward a data-driven culture by embedding metrics into daily operations and strategic decision making.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or strategy role within a global organization.
  • Past experience managing large-scale, cross functional programs with measurable impact.
  • Expertise in program management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP, OKRs).
  • Experience with data analysis, dashboards, and performance metrics (Power BI, Tableau, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience in product operations, supply chain, or regulatory environments is a plus, but not required

This position will be based in our North America Headquarters in Raleigh, NC. Our office has transitioned to a hybrid work environment supporting 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Candidates that are already local to Raleigh, NC are preferred.
