Description and Requirements

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Program & Operations Manager to join the WW Workstation Business & Product Operations organization. This role is a key part of our WW WS organization, focused on driving strategic initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance across a complex, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is a skilled program leader with a track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives, streamlining operations, and enabling data-driven decision making at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end program planning across business units, geographies, and key functional teams (Supply Chain, Strategy, Sales, Operations, Legal, and Engineering).
Translate business priorities into structured programs with clear goals, milestones, success metrics, and stakeholder alignment.
Lead initiatives that ensure business readiness for key external risks (i.e. supply chain volatility, market shifts, compliance regulations).
Build repeatable processes and frameworks that drive operational efficiency.
Communicate program goals, progress, and outcomes effectively to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Lead change management efforts that support scaling programs, process adoption, and global consistency.
Support the organization's transformation toward a data-driven culture by embedding metrics into daily operations and strategic decision making.

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or strategy role within a global organization.
Past experience managing large-scale, cross functional programs with measurable impact.
Expertise in program management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP, OKRs).
Experience with data analysis, dashboards, and performance metrics (Power BI, Tableau, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures in a matrixed environment.
Experience in product operations, supply chain, or regulatory environments is a plus, but not required

This position will be based in our North America Headquarters in Raleigh, NC. Our office has transitioned to a hybrid work environment supporting 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Candidates that are already local to Raleigh, NC are preferred.
