Forklift Operator/Warehouse Worker (Position requires one year of recent forklift experience. No certification required.) Our client is seeking a reliable and motivated Forklift Operator/Warehouse Worker to join their growing production team. This role plays a key part in supporting daily warehouse operations that directly impact production output. The ideal candidate brings hands-on forklift experience and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role is onsite in McMinnville, Oregon. Available Shifts: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM: Sunday through every other Wednesday 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM: Every other Wednesday through Saturday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM: Sunday through every other Wednesday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM: Every other Wednesday through Saturday 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM: Sunday through every other Wednesday Forklift Operator/Warehouse Worker Responsibilities Transport finished products from production to designated warehouse locations using a forklift or pallet jack. Wrap, label, and prepare pallets of finished goods according to standard procedures and customer specifications. Verify product counts and label accuracy; complete associated documentation with precision. Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling and storage of all materials. Support physical inventory by conducting product counts and organizing storage areas. Pull and stage raw materials for production orders and return excess inventory as needed. Identify and document damaged goods; assist in quality assurance processes. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and comply with all safety procedures and operational guidelines. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to meet daily goals. Forklift Operator/Warehouse Worker Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of recent forklift experience; certification not required. Comfortable working 12-hour shifts, including day, night, and rotating schedules. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of product quality. Able to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. Reliable attendance and willingness to work occasional overtime when needed.
