Packaging Operator

Our client is seeking a Packaging Operator to join their team. As a Packaging Operator, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting the production and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well with a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packaging Operator

Location: Cleveland, OH

Shift: M-F 6am-4:30pm

What's the Job?

• Receive materials and components, ensuring quality and compliance with standards.
• Package products accurately and efficiently, adhering to established procedures.
• Conduct inspections and maintain documentation according to Good Documentation Practices.
• Operate equipment such as electric walk-behind tow motors and manual pallet jacks for material handling.
• Participate actively in a safety culture, identifying hazards and promoting improvements.

What's Needed?

• Previous warehouse or production experience.
• Ability to work in a team environment and accept constructive feedback.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Experience in chemical handling or quality control is a plus.
