Friedman Dental Group is looking for a reliable, hard-working individual with impressive knowledge in dentistry and management (at least 3-5 years) to be the Regional Manager of Operations to give support to a practice operations of a group of six (7) practices. Friedman Dental Group is a General and Speciality Dentistry practice and the offices are located between Palm Beach and Miami.

This role gives you the ability to develop and establish close working relationships with supported Dentists and office Managers. As a Regional Operations Manager, you will lead all processes, improvements and growth initiatives with full profit and loss responsibility. Regional travel is a must, as a consistent presence in the practices that you support is a critical component to sustained success. Friedman Dental Group is a group practice with it's own dental laboratory offering high end quality general and advanced dentistry including all on four procedures.

Responsibilities: Achieving business goals, revenue and profitability objectives through a respectful, forward thinking and motivational style. Continuous assessment of all staffing needs and providing support for Office Managers with effective systems. Providing training and development support to ensure all staff of supported practices demonstrate knowledge of business model, operating procedures and protocols. Supporting daily office operations when necessary. Responding to clinical and operational concerns timely and effectively. Be accessible and responsive. Supporting the achievement of performance targets & budgeted goals. Other related functions as requested by supported practice owners.

Minimum Education and Experience: Multi-location, dental operations management experience in the dental industry. Profit and loss responsibility with the ability to interpret and act upon financial statements. Proven career progression with positions of increased responsibility. Sound decision-making skills, drive and desire to succeed. Bachelors degree, preferred

Lead by example, coach and train team to provide exceptional patient experiences. Maintain focus on a productive schedule that supports dentists and hygienists as they deliver high quality patient care and exceptional experiences. Work within budget guidelines to maintain supported office profitability. Assist in training Managers with accounts receivables including timely and accurate insurance claim processing and patient billing. Assist Managers with patients related questions or problems Coordinate daily team huddles, weekly team meetings and quarterly practice business meetings. Provide ongoing feedback, training and annual performance & salary reviews for team members within the practice. Serve as the point person for office management duties including: Clinical and non-clinical supplies ordering overview Schedule team members to ensure adequate shift coverage and facilitate requests for time off. Serve as the liaison between staff and CEO/owners. Assist in the interviewing, on-boarding and training of new hires.

Qualifications Minimum Requirements: 

Completion of one of the following: 3 to 5 years of dental managerial experience OR Associate degree with 2+ years of relevant experience OR Bachelor degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Proven business insights and decision-making skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfort with presenting to various audiences 

Strong social skills, with the ability to connect from entry-level team members and supported dentists, alike Maintain strong organizational skills

 Leadership skills Ability to collaborate and problem solve and be solution focused Patient-focused Energetic Problem-solving Goal focused Desirable Qualifications: 

Healthcare experience, preferably in the dental space Experience leading others, preferably in a supervisory or shift manager capacity 

Prior experience with dental management open dental preferred Experience reading or acting on financial reporting (e.g. Profit & Loss statements preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
