San Francisco, United States | Posted on 03/19/2025North America represents one of Ultrahuman's most significant markets, with tech-savvy consumers and a high demand for cutting-edge health solutions.As General Manager a North America, you will spearhead our operations and growth across the United States and Canada, ensuring Ultrahuman becomes a household name for health optimization.This role requires a leader who can marry strategy with execution a envision the big picture of Ultrahuman's NA expansion and roll up their sleeves to make it happen, much like how Tesla disrupted the US auto market with both vision and relentless operational focus.You'll leverage our engineering and manufacturing prowess as a competitive advantage in delivering superior products and use first-principles thinking to find creative ways to stand out in a competitive landscape.Ultimately, your leadership will shape Ultrahuman's success in North America, from retail floors to online communities.Responsibilities: a Strategic Growth & Market Penetration: Develop a winning strategy for Ultrahuman in North America.This includes deciding which cities or states to focus on first, identifying key customer segments (e.g., fitness enthusiasts, biohackers, healthcare partners), and tailoring our messaging and products to fit local trends.Continuously assess the competitive landscape and adjust strategies to ensure Ultrahuman's unique value (deep engineering, integrated design) is well-communicated and appreciated.a Retail & Channel Expansion: Grow Ultrahuman's local retail and marketplace footprint across NA.Open and manage flagship Ultrahuman stores or experience centers in major hubs (think New York, San Francisco, Toronto, etc.), and build partnerships with select retailers or gyms/health clinics for wider distribution.Oversee performance on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, ensuring high visibility, great reviews, and smooth logistics.Make sure every point-of-sale, whether physical or digital, reflects our brand and provides excellent customer experience.a Operational Oversight: Ensure operational excellence in all aspects of the NA business.Monitor and improve store uptime and service quality a if we have demo stations or kiosks, they should always be functional and staffed by knowledgeable reps.
