Forklift Operator

Spherion is looking for experienced Forklift Operators to work with our client in Temple TX. This full time temp to hire position is Monday through Friday 3p-1am. There will be some Saturdays required, depending on production needs.

Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts to load and unload materials

Move products to appropriate locations within the warehouse

Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Follow safety procedures and guidelines

Assist with inventory tracking and stock organization

Perform other duties as needed based on production demands

Working hours: 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM

Skills:
Previous warehouse experience

Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment

Ability to operate additional warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, conveyors)

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Previous forklift operation experience

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to safety and detail

Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)

Ability to work evening shifts and weekends as required

Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
