We are seeking a Terminal Operations Manager to assign and direct all work performed in the branch and supervise all areas of operation. This role involves managing staff, fostering a positive environment, ensuring customer satisfaction, and proper branch operations. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach and be committed to expanding and succeeding in the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity, efficiency, and sales.

Responsibilities

Manage the dispatch schedule and driver-related duties.
Provide training, coaching, and motivation to branch operations employees.
Identify areas for improvement and provide solutions.
Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations and applicable laws.
Network to enhance the presence and reputation of the branch and company.

Skills

Management experience, preferably in construction, equipment, liquid bulk, or transportation fields.
