Purchasing Manager

Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage the procurement process for raw materials and supplies
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to optimize supply chain efficiency

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Project Management AND/OR 10 years’ experience in Supply Chain OR any similar combination of education and experience
• Experience with ERP/MRP system setup and management required. 
• APICS certification
• Experience in material planning and production scheduling

Nice to Have Skills:

• Supplier quality management
• Production control and planning
• Manufacturing resource planning
• Warehouse management and cycle counting
• Strategic sourcing and Kanban experience

Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and health savings accounts (HSAs).
