iHire Named an Inc. Best Workplace for the Sixth Time

2026 list recognizes the businesses that set the standard for workplace success and awards excellence in company culture

Frederick, Maryland – June 2, 2026 – iHire has been named to Inc.’s 2026 Best Workplaces list, marking its sixth time earning this prestigious award. The list, available at Inc.com, honors American companies that have built exceptional workplaces and vibrant cultures that support their teams and businesses, whether in-person, remote, or hybrid.

The Inc. Best Workplaces award is the result of comprehensive measurement and evaluation of hundreds of applicants. The process involved a detailed employee survey conducted by Quantum Workplace, covering critical elements such as management effectiveness, perks, professional development, and overall company culture. Each company’s benefits were also audited to determine the overall score. One of 507 companies selected, iHire earned a Best Workplace score of 91 out of 100 and received a 94% employee engagement rate.

“iHire is honored to receive our sixth Inc. Best Workplaces Award, which is a testament to our core values-driven, people-first company culture,” said Steve Flook, iHire’s President and CEO. “While we’ve evolved throughout our 26-year history to meet the needs of the changing world of work, our commitment to our employees and creating an environment where associates can flourish has never wavered. We are proud of the workplace we’ve built and look forward to continued excellence.”

iHire has established its award-winning culture on eight core values: Growth-Focused, Transparent, Collaborative, Accountable, Innovative, Committed, Optimistic, and Inclusive. These values aren’t just words on a wall; they guide how the entire company leads, collaborates, innovates, and supports one another every day. As iHire’s research shows, companies that live by their core values are more likely to retain engaged employees and attract more qualified candidates to their open jobs.

“This year’s Best Workplaces list goes beyond great company culture – it highlights companies making meaningful and sustained investment in their employees,” says Bonny Ghosh, Editorial Director at Inc. “Even in a labor market that favors employers, these companies understand that an intentional and authentic commitment to their teams drives stronger employee retention, engagement, and ultimately, a stronger business overall.”
