Will also lead a team of logistics and quality control reps as well as manage projects related to the HUB warehouse.Major Responsibilities/Duties:* Manages the supply of logistics-related data to support spoke warehouses in the day-to-day areas of Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) supply.* Investigates potential risk to the supply chain and provides/ implements solutions.* Consults with local spoke warehouses, technical operations and corporate to understand distribution networks and determines the logistical resources required to support CPE distribution (on time delivery).* Works in conjunction with various parties such as business development, field support and customer service to handle complaints and ensure support plans are in place to maintain long-term customer relationships.* Analyzes and evaluates design concepts and integration support requirements to determine if concepts satisfy logistical support requirements.* Oversight of shipping and logistics for commercial transportation vendors. Regularly monitor, update and optimize delivery and operational efficiencies.* Maintains operations within budgetary constraints; analyzes costs and implements cost reduction measures as necessary* Implements, monitors and adjusts solutions to ensure the integration of supply chain management considerations as needed.* Analyzes technology and distribution network trends and implements changes in as appropriate.* Selects and hires employees. Trains and evaluates employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product. Addresses performance issues and makes recommendations for personnel actions.
