Identify, prioritize and implement continuous improvement opportunities.   Primary Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:  Manage monthly reporting cycle and presentation development for Supply Chain Managements contribution to Peabody Energy's monthly scorecard. Develop supplier spend reports to identify strategic sourcing opportunities. Develop, monitor and publish inventory and operational KPIs. Develop and implement key metrics for supplier analysis and scorecard development. Assist with the development and validation of the monthly forecast process for volitale and variable cost inputs to the companies P&L. Evaluate, prioritize and manage continuous improvement opportunities. Develop and train personnel to ensure they are capable of implementing improvement opportunities. Requirements of the Position: Bachelor’s Degree Required. Masters Degree Preferred. Certifications Preferred C.P.M., CIRM, CPIM, NAPM/ISM, APICS. 3 - 7 years of relevant experience. Prefer knowledge of SAP database relationships and the Business Warehouse reporting environment. Good report writing capabilities. Posses strong computer skills in Excel, Powerpoint and Word. Skills in Access preferred. Able to analyze and summarize data in order to present a meaningful recommendation.
