Travel Involved: 10-20% Position Summary Koch Carbon, LLC is looking for a Manager, Logistics & Origination to join our team in Catlettsburg, Kentucky. This position offers a ground floor opportunity to learn the physical trading side of the US coal business. The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities: • Assist in managing all inbound and outbound shipments through barge and rail facilities • Optimize blending programs • Manage stockpiles/quality control and supplier performance Requirements • Domestic travel required (up to 20%) visiting producers and customers – mostly day trips, but occasional overnight required • 8+ years of actual work experience • Excellent organizational and strong communication skills • Ability to articulate concepts and strategies • Willingness to learn all aspects of the business • Ability to build trust & relationships with counter-parties, both old & new • Treat others with respect and conduct all business with integrity • H.S. Diploma or G.E.D.
